That's completely normal. We can work through your requirements together, starting from an initial written hearing. If you're still at the "I'm not sure what I need" stage, that's a fine place to start.
Q.03 Can you work with us if we're not based in Japan or the Kansai region?
Yes — we work with clients across Japan and internationally. Communication is handled remotely, primarily by email.
